1. I printed the voucher. Please tell me what the instructions are for using the voucher.

The day of the visit, 15 minutes in advance, exchange your Voucher with tickets, to reserved ticket desk.

2. I have just completed booking for my parents. However I notice that because the tickets were booked on my credit card, the voucher is in my name.

The name on the Voucher is not much important. The name helps if you don't have printed out the Voucher. It can be different from the cardholder or the visitors also. The Booking number on the Voucher is important. Print out it and give it to your parents.

3. I received your email. I do not see a link to print my voucher.

Put your User code and Transacton number in the check page, click on "Approved", see and print out the Voucher. If you don't have your user code and transaction number, in alternative you can try with your e-mail address.
