  1. I would like to know what your cancellation policy is on museum reservations.

1. I would like to know what your cancellation policy is on museum reservations.

The Museums don't accept free cancellation. But in this cases you can re-book on a different day paying only Euro 4 for tickets.

2. Is it possible to cancel a reservation while it is "waiting" but before it is "approved"?

Yes, you can to cancel your reservation without any charge, when it is still in waiting.

3. I cancelled my booking. Now I saw on my Bank account, that you took twice from my account.

Check again your Bank statement. On your Bank statement you will see + Euro xx and - Euro xx before add and after subtract.

4. I received and printed out the Voucher. How I can change day or time on my reservation?

If you already have the Voucher with booking number, you can change only in the check page with your User code and Transacton number and choose "change".

5. I will not be using my voucher. Could you please refund my ticket?

No, this is not possible because the Museums is uncompromising and don't accept any free cancel of booking. This has established from the Museums Administrations directly (not from FlorenceArt). But you can re-book for a new date. Put your transaction number and user code in the check page and choose "change".
