Can you tell if we will be required to show identification (such as a passport) when exchanging their voucher for tickets? If you booked free tickets (for European Union citizens under 18 and over 65 years), you need to show identification. 2. I would like 2 tickets for a museum. The site will only let me buy 4. Can I buy two? No, this is not possible, that are 4 tickets all together. 3. I have just booked tickets. Will I receive actual tickets by mail? We will email the Voucher. Exchange it with the tickets to the reserved ticket desk of the Museum. 4. What is the cost for booking in american dollars? We don't know how much your Bank will charge you in UDS our request of money in Euro value, when you will book. 5. I reserved a museum. Can you reserve onother museum for me? This is not possible because we don't see your card. If you want to book more museums, you need make this yourself. 6. I have been trying to reserve tickets but your system get the message that "this operation is not able to be completed". Our Bank gave us the "Not Authorized" message, which means that this could have been a problem with the credit card. You might try with a different one? We don't accept requests of reservation by email. 8. Is my ticket all paid for, or will I need money at the reservation desk? You not need to pay at the reservation desk. 9. Why do you ask money also for free ticket? The ticket is free only for the citizens of the European Union under 18 and over 65 years. But only the ticket is fre, not the On-line service and the Boking fees. 10. Do you have tickets available on this day? We don't know in advance which days the Museum will be available. We can check this only after your booking. 11. What is the price of a ticket? To know the ticket price try to book, so you will see the costs. |
