Tickets purchased on FlorenceArt are not refundable. Your advance booked tickets reserve your entrance for a specific date and time. If you fail to meet the confirmed date or time your tickets will not be honored or refunded.

It is possible to modify only once the date and hour of your advanced booking. To do this you must send us an e-mail while your booking request is still in the "waiting" phase.

Entrance time can vary depending on the number of advance booked tickets requested for that day. We will try to book the closest available time to the one requested.

Please note that video cameras and other audio recording devices are prohibited.
